There’s no better way to spend a tropical evening in the islands than on the water and on board our beautiful catamaran! Join us as the colors in the sky change and create a picture perfect Caribbean background.

It’s on our Sunset Dinner Cruises that ‘Calypso’ pulls out all the stops. Dinner Cruises cast off just a couple hours prior to sunset. In the galley, your chef is preparing a full 5-course gourmet dinner that you selected prior to your cruise.

As the sun sets, Calypso becomes your own private “waterfront restaurant”. Your meal is accompanied by music and the sounds of nature.

We only do this a couple of nights per week, so please call well in advance for exact menu and availability. There is comfortable and ample seating at the two main tables for a minimum of 12 guests for fine dining… up to 30 guests for the Out-island BBQ CASUAL Dinner Cruise. “Stargazer Sails” and Full Moon Sails also available.
